- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in minced garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
