Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of beef bacon
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayo or your choice of spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef bacon until crispy in a hot skillet.
  2. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  3. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the ingredients starting with the sliced chicken breast, followed by beef bacon, avocado, lettuce, and tomato.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down, and press gently.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
