Description

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps combining classic Caesar salad flavors with tender chicken and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (avocado oil mayo preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for dressing)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for wraps)
  • 1/4 cup croutons (crushed)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and optional anchovy paste until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pound to 1/2-inch thickness if necessary.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 7-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let rest, then slice into thin strips.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing on each tortilla. Layer with romaine, sliced chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan, and croutons. Roll up tightly and cut in half diagonally to serve.

Notes

Wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Customize toppings as desired.
