Description

This Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake combines tender gnocchi with creamy Alfredo sauce and succulent chicken, baked until bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 16 oz gnocchi, cooked
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, gnocchi, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the spinach if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.

Notes

You can prepare the dish ahead of time and bake it when ready. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
