Description
This Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake combines tender gnocchi with creamy Alfredo sauce and succulent chicken, baked until bubbly and golden.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 16 oz gnocchi, cooked
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, gnocchi, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the spinach if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
Notes
You can prepare the dish ahead of time and bake it when ready. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
