Description

Delightful bite-sized appetizers featuring a creamy spinach and artichoke filling wrapped in crispy puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup drained and chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package thawed puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×3 inch squares. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners to create pockets and seal edges tightly.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother filling. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
