Ingredients

- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup drained and chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package thawed puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Fold in spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×3 inch squares. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners to create pockets and seal edges tightly.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother filling. You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
