Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your workspace.
- Mix the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and artichoke mixture onto the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftover bites, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, store unbaked bites before egg wash for up to 2 months.
