Description

Delightful bites that combine the classic flavors of spinach and artichoke dip, perfectly portioned for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your workspace.
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and artichoke mixture onto the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftover bites, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, store unbaked bites before egg wash for up to 2 months.
