Description

A delightful combination of gooey cheese and crispy texture, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)
  • Dipping sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Form the cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Fry them in heated oil until golden brown and crispy, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
