Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (optional)
- Dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
- Mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Fry them in heated oil until golden brown and crispy, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
