- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Lay out the tortillas. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Roll up each tortilla snugly and place seam-side down in a greased skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese has melted.
- Slice each wrap in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
