Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
- Set your crock pot to low and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once done, garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For added creaminess, you can mix cream cheese with sour cream. Adjust the spice level by choosing a mild or hot buffalo sauce.
