Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
