Description

A classic party appetizer combining creamy and tangy flavors, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped nuts or herbs if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Notes
