Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped nuts or herbs if desired.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
