Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until you have circles, about 6 to 8 inches in diameter.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cooked Italian sausage, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Place a generous amount of the filling on one half of each dough circle, fold over, and seal the edges.
