Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak tips until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add the cooked rotini and mix well.
  4. Add the steak tips back to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
