- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth

Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat with a splash of olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
