  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed toffee or cookie crunch

  • Chocolate or caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. Combine the cake mix, butterscotch pudding mix, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped topping on top once the cake is cool, sprinkle with crushed toffee or cookie crunch, and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
