- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into small patties about the size of your palm and thread them onto skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and charred, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
Notes
