Description

Juicy burger kebabs bring classic hamburger flavors to skewers, perfect for grilling at summer barbecues or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers
  • Optional toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties about the size of your palm and thread them onto skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the kebabs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and charred, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Serve hot with optional toppings like cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Notes
