Description

A simple yet flavorful buffalo sauce, perfect for wings, salads, and more!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it becomes a silky liquid.
  2. Once the butter has melted, whisk in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined and heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly. Use it right away or store it in the refrigerator for later use.

Notes

Store buffalo sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
