Description

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Place a few tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  3. Heat about one inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolled taquitos and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
