- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch for dipping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Place a few tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Heat about one inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolled taquitos and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and let them drain on paper towels. Serve warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
