Description

Delightful mini sandwiches featuring juicy shredded chicken in spicy buffalo sauce with creamy ranch, topped with melted cheddar and green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir well until fully coated.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bun.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the chicken.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the filling and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate chicken in buffalo sauce before mixing with ranch dressing. Adjust spiciness with different buffalo sauces.
