Description

Buffalo Chicken Bread is the perfect blend of spicy, creamy, and cheesy goodness, all nestled within a crispy loaf of French bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese until everything is well combined.
  3. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise and carefully hollow out some of the soft bread from the inside, creating space for the chicken mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the hollowed-out bread halves, ensuring every bite is filled with flavor.
  5. Top the filled bread with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the green onions on top for added freshness.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Once baked, slice the Buffalo Chicken Bread into portions and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a quick option. Adjust the spice level to your taste. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
