Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, then halve them.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
