Ingredients

- 4 Roma tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Slice the Roma tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into thin pieces.
- Distribute the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on the dough.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
- Slice into wedges and enjoy!
Notes
Best served immediately while warm and the cheese is still gooey. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
