Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked and crumbled bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
