- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Grease the waffle maker with cooking spray or a little oil.
- Pour the broccoli cheddar mixture into the preheated waffle maker, using enough to cover the surface.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffles and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Finely chop your broccoli for better cooking. Don’t skip the greasing step to prevent sticking.
