Description

Delicious chaffles made with broccoli and cheddar cheese, perfect for snacks, appetizers, or light lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease the waffle maker with cooking spray or a little oil.
  4. Pour the broccoli cheddar mixture into the preheated waffle maker, using enough to cover the surface.
  5. Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Carefully remove the chaffles and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Finely chop your broccoli for better cooking. Don’t skip the greasing step to prevent sticking.
