A refreshing and colorful way to start your day with an assortment of seasonal fruits and a creamy yogurt dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- Combine all of the fruit (strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple) in a large bowl. If preparing for later, wait to add banana until just before serving.
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the bowl of fruit, being careful not to mash the fruit.
- Top with chopped pecans for added crunch. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Consider adding the banana just before serving to keep it fresh.
