Delicious blondies combining sweet white chocolate and tart blueberries for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan, whisking in brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in eggs one at a time and then the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually stir into the butter mixture.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
