- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan, whisking in brown sugar until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in eggs one at a time and then the vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually stir into the butter mixture.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
