Instructions

  1. Preparation: Gather all ingredients. Rinse fresh blueberries under cold water. If using frozen blueberries, no need to thaw.
  2. Mixing: Combine blueberries, banana, yogurt (or almond milk), and honey (if using) in a blender.
  3. Blending: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add extra almond milk or water for a thinner consistency, if desired.
  4. Chilling: If preferred, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
