Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined, then fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
