- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup yogurt or milk

Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, frozen mango, yogurt or milk, and honey.
- Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey to fit your preference.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Always use frozen fruits for a thicker, creamier smoothie. You can add oats or a banana for extra fiber and a more substantial drink.
