Description

A refreshing blend of sweet blueberries and tart lemonade, perfect for cooling down on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure out your ingredients. Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water to remove any impurities.
  2. In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, lemonade, and optional sugar. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Add the ice to the blender and blend again until slushy and smooth. Adjust consistency with more ice if desired.
  4. Taste the slushy and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if needed, blending again.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon.

Notes

Best served fresh; store leftovers in the freezer for up to a week.
