Description

A delightful treat that combines creamy white chocolate with fresh blueberries, perfect for gatherings or indulging your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
