- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- Cooked rice (for serving)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir well.
- Cook until the broccoli is tender and the beef is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot over rice.
Notes
Slice the beef thinly against the grain for a more tender bite. Blanching the broccoli briefly can enhance its color and texture.
