- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almonds, honey, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the almonds are golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Serve as a snack or store in an airtight container.
