Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and stir in melted butter.
- Add the baking soda and salt, followed by sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in the flour until just combined, then add chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before transferring to a wire rack.
