- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl; place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each wing in seasoned flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally with breadcrumbs.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with cooking spray, and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, double dip the wings and let them sit for a few minutes after breading. Experiment with spices for varied flavors.
