 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 cup milk
 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 2 cups mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), grease, and flour a sheet cake pan.
 - Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
 - Stir in the vanilla extract.
 - Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to wet mixture, alternating with milk.
 - Fold in mixed berries gently.
 - Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
