Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), grease, and flour a sheet cake pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in mixed berries gently.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
