Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
