Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
