Description

A delightful and customizable dish combining tender beef, vibrant vegetables, and fluffy rice, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Push vegetables to one side and scramble the beaten eggs on the other side for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and beef back to the skillet. Pour in soy and oyster sauce, stirring well. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through. Stir in green onions and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

For best results, use day-old rice to avoid mushiness. Customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
