Description

A deliciously satisfying pizza combining smoky barbecue sauce, tender chicken, and gooey cheese atop a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add sliced red onion on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Experiment with different barbecue sauces and toppings for customization.
