- Pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add sliced red onion on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings. Experiment with different barbecue sauces and toppings for customization.
