A delightful twist on traditional fried rice featuring colorful vegetables and a spicy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1–2 tablespoons chili sauce (for bang bang flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fried egg for topping
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender, approximately 3-4 minutes. Then, add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with chopped green onions and a fried egg if desired.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture. Customize vegetables and adjust chili sauce according to taste.
