- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl, beat the eggs in another, and place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the chicken pieces.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and lime juice in a bowl for the sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated and garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Use chicken, shrimp, or tofu as protein alternatives. Adjust spice levels to your taste.
