Description

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are a delightful fusion of flavors with tender chicken thighs coated in a creamy, spicy sauce served on soft slider buns. Perfect for game days or cozy family dinners.

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly. Then, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until you achieve a smooth bang bang sauce, adjusting the sriracha to your desired spice level.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to a mixing bowl and pour the bang bang sauce over it. Toss until the chicken is well-coated with the sauce.
  4. Lightly toast the slider buns. On each toasted bun, layer a piece of lettuce, a scoop of the bang bang chicken, and a few slices of cucumber. Serve immediately and enjoy!
