- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lettuce
- Sliced cucumbers
Instructions
- Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly. Then, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until you achieve a smooth bang bang sauce, adjusting the sriracha to your desired spice level.
- Add the shredded chicken to a mixing bowl and pour the bang bang sauce over it. Toss until the chicken is well-coated with the sauce.
- Lightly toast the slider buns. On each toasted bun, layer a piece of lettuce, a scoop of the bang bang chicken, and a few slices of cucumber. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the bang bang sauce for a few hours before cooking. Use turkey or tofu for a lighter or vegetarian option.
