Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Spread Nutella on one half of each crepe, add banana slices, fold, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
