Instructions
- Peel and slice the ripe bananas. Lay the slices flat on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, place the banana slices in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve immediately as soft serve in bowls or cones. If desired, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for another hour or two for a firmer texture.
- Before serving, add any toppings of your choice for extra flavor and texture.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for sweeter flavor. Add a splash of vanilla or cocoa powder for variation.
