Description

A simple and delicious banana ice cream made from ripe bananas and a protein shake—perfect for a refreshing treat any time of year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium very-ripe bananas
  • 1 Bananas & Cream Protein Shake
  • Mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling your very-ripe bananas and breaking them into chunks.
  2. Place the banana chunks and the Bananas & Cream Protein Shake into a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  3. Transfer the banana mixture into an airtight container and freeze for about 4 hours.
  4. If the mixture feels too hard when ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften. Scoop into bowls and top with mini chocolate chips.

Notes

Ensure bananas are very ripe for the best flavor. You can experiment with different protein shake flavors and add ingredients like peanut butter for a creamier texture.
