Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is nicely coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the chicken against the grain and serve it warm.
