Description

Delicious and healthier baked turkey meatballs, perfect for weeknights or family gatherings, packed with lean protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until just combined, then form into small balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

Serve meatballs over spaghetti, in a sub sandwich, or as a standalone appetizer. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
