Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until just combined, then form into small balls about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Notes
Serve meatballs over spaghetti, in a sub sandwich, or as a standalone appetizer. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
