Description

A classic appetizer that combines creamy, cheesy goodness with vibrant spinach flavor, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are combined and smooth, then transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the top is slightly golden. Keep an eye on it to prevent over-baking.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or fresh veggies. Optionally, it can be kept warm in a slow cooker on low.
