Description

Baked Crispy Chicken Strips are a delicious, healthier alternative to fried chicken, coated with a crunchy breading that’s perfect for both kids and adults.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
