Description

Delicious and healthy baked cauliflower nuggets, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
