Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
